Sudbury's Winter Weekend Fun
Annual Kids Ice Fishing Experience

Each winter the Sudbury Game and Fish Association, in conjunction with the Leisure Services of Sudbury, host a Winter Weekend Ice Fishing Experience for Kids.

You'll find us on Lake Ramsey, late in the winter, handing out tip-ups, bait, advice, and help.

And prizes too!

No point in being uncomfortable while fishing.

Many Mom's got into the act too! This team just relaxing with lunch and the tackle box they won.

Over 75 participants, sunshine, and the Big Nickel for a backdrop.

From young to almost as young, a good time was had by all.

Nearly 100 participants in past years, over 100 prizes given out, sunshine and warm temperatures made the day one many will look back on fondly when the next storm finds it's way to us. Look to the left to see some images from previous years.
