Prize information:

The Grand Prize winners of the following events during Canadian Music Week 2004 will receive up to $2500 in web design and/or hosting services from our company.

• The National Songwriting Competition CMW March 2004

• The Extreme Band Slam Competition CMW March 2004

• The Urban Star Quest Competition CMW March 2004

• And the Northern Ontario Regional Extreme Band Slam Competition held in November 2003

The prizes may include:

• Web design services

• Graphic design services

• Domain name

• Site hosting

• Email accounts

• Server set up

• Ongoing maintenance and updates

• Search engine and directory registration

• Online marketing and promotion

in whatever combination that may be needed, up to a value of $2500.00 (Can), for a web site used to promote the musical career of the winning group or solo performer/writer of the above four competitions.

The prizes cannot be used for the winner's personal use, or the use of another company, business, organization, group or individual other than the winners of the above competitions.

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash value.

The prizes do not include such things as web development, database design or creation, photography, flash programming, meeting or travel time and expenses, training, consulting, e-commerce, server side programming, special server set ups, research, content generation, or any other service provided by our company except those offered as part of the prize package.

All the required information for the site (data, files, photos, graphics, dates, preferences, domain information, etc) must be submitted to our company by the winners, complete and in full, in digital format no later than

• 5:00 pm on April 30, 2004 for the three CMW National Competitions

• 5:00 pm January 15, 2004 for the Northern Ontario Regional Band Slam Competition

or the prize is forfeit.

Prizes can be accepted only as offered.
