of Service
A down payment of 10% of estimated cost is
due upon agreement of service.
An additional 50% of estimated cost is due
upon acceptance of design.
The balance is due upon completion of
contract.

Your Responsibilities
It will be your responsibility to provide all necessary and correct
information, graphics, files, photos, etc. Depending upon the size
of the site, this information must arrive to us a minimum of one month
prior to the site's live date. Larger sites may require more time.
Planning and creation of your site will not begin until all this
information arrives.
By submitting content,
information, graphics, files, photos, etc to Simaltech, you warrant that;
1. is your own original work and that you have the right to make it
available to Simaltech for all the purposes specified;
2. does not infringe any law; and
3. indemnifies Simlatech against all legal fees, damages and other
expenses that may be incurred by Simaltech as a result of your breach of
the above warranty.
If you have a preference for the style, colors, or layout of the site, it
will be your responsibility to provide us with this information before the
creation of the site design begins. You will be entitled to one change per
item after the site design is completed before additional charges apply.
Future updates and additions to the site must be submitted to us
approximately four weeks prior to the date they are expected to be online.
We look after everything
else needed to make your site successful!
Hosting is billed one year in advance.
To cancel hosting you must notify us two months in advance of your new
year, in writing. Otherwise your contract is renewed automatically to
protect you from having your site go offline. There are no refunds part
way through the contract year.
